Our Patient-Centered Approach

Your Initial Appointment

You’ll need to complete some paperwork during your first visit. Once in your appointment, one of our massage therapists will ask you a series of questions about your general health and your primary areas of concern.

Your therapist will then start your treatment and assign a treatment plan and home care at the conclusion of your visit.

Your Care Plan

For your next appointment, your massage therapist will continue your treatment plan based on your progress and the results from your first visit. Your therapist may also apply heat to your back, depending on the situation.

Your Ongoing Care Plan

Your therapist may prescribe self-care regimes, like stretches and exercises, to help you feel and live better.

To also help you move closer to your health goals, your therapist may refer you to other practitioners at Krell Wellness.
