Dr. Tara Spearman is an experienced and highly trained chiropractor who has been dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients in her community for over 20 years. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Victoria before continuing her education at the National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, IL, where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

Following her graduation, Dr. Tara completed a three-year residency as a clinician and faculty resident at NUHS, where she specialized in family medicine. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of families and reinforced her commitment to helping patients of all ages achieve optimal health and wellness.

Dr. Tara's practice philosophy is centered on guiding patients on how to get the most out of their body's natural healing processes. She believes that chiropractic care can be an essential part of a holistic approach to healthcare, and she works closely with her patients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.

In addition to her expertise in chiropractic care, Dr. Tara brings a strong sense of community and family to her clinic. As a mother to three active and growing boys, she understands the importance of fostering a supportive and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and cared for. My Favorite Pastimes:  In my spare time, I enjoy quadding, snowshoeing, boating, cooking, time with my family, and hockey. I also care about special causes like dog rescue and autism awareness.

Education/Training: University of Victoria, National College of Chiropractic, National University of Health Sciences, 3-year residency in Family Practice, a 300-hour Diplomat of Chiropractic Internal Medicine.
