Justin Duncan - B.Sc., MPT

Physiotherapist

Justin, a native of Prince George, British Columbia, has always been fascinated by the human body and how it functions. He completed his Bachelor of Kinesiology degree in 2017 at the University of British Columbia, where he gained a solid foundation in the science of human movement, anatomy, and physiology. Justin continued his academic pursuits at the same institution and earned his Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2020.

Growing up, Justin was a competitive hockey player who experienced various injuries and subsequent rehabilitation. Through his rehabilitation journey, he developed a deep interest in the human body's healing processes and its ability to adapt to different loads. This sparked his passion for physiotherapy and motivated him to pursue a career in this field.

As a physiotherapist, Justin is dedicated to providing personalized care to his clients through exercise prescription, manual therapy, and education. He is committed to helping his clients achieve their health and wellness goals by developing a comprehensive and individualized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs.

In pursuit of his commitment to excellence in physiotherapy, Justin has completed post-graduate courses in manual therapy and dry needling. These additional courses have provided him with advanced knowledge and skills to effectively diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.

Justin's philosophy is centered around empowering his clients to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey by educating them about their condition and how to manage it. He believes that the key to achieving optimal outcomes is a collaborative approach where clients are engaged in their treatment plan and empowered to make informed decisions about their care.
