Once you've booked your appointment, we'll invite you over to the clinic where you’ll fill out some paperwork. Next, you'll have an initial assessment session with Larry, our in-house counsellor and mental wellness therapist.

During your appointment, he’ll take the time to understand you and the different areas of your life that need attention. At the end of your first visit, we'll schedule your next appointments for your continued healing and progress.

 

Protecting Your Confidentiality

 

All counselling sessions are carried out with your consent. Since your trust is foundational to everything, your counsellor will go gently, step-by-step, to build a working therapeutic relationship with you.

Plus, you can rest easy knowing your sensitive information isn't shared with anyone else.
