Keri Frehlich

Keri grew up in Smithers BC where she began dancing at the age of three. She went on to compete all across BC in multiple disciplines including ballet, tap and contemporary dance. Her passion for movement ignited a curiosity to learn more about the human body and how it works.

She completed the Competency-Based Master Level Massage Therapy program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2015. She has gained experience working at one of the world’s top spas and received training in traditional lomi-lomi massage. Most recently she attended an introduction to the Fundamentals of Feldenkrais course, which further ignited her passion of empowering clients to heal through body awareness and movement.

Keri enjoys combining her knowledge of movement, her awareness of how energy restriction affects the body, and her extensive clinical training to provide a personalized therapeutic and deeply relaxing treatment. She is passionate about total body wellness and creating an evidence-based and holistic approach to care for her clients.

In her spare time Keri enjoys spending time with her family, reading and having dance parties in her kitchen.

“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble or hard work. It means to be in the midst of these things and still be calm in your heart.”
